Terms of Service
The rules for using the platform, written for hospitals that bill insurers, TPAs and government schemes.
The service
AyyanRCM is software for hospital revenue cycle work: patient intake, pre-authorisation, claim files, AI claim review, scheme claims, collections and reporting. These terms apply to the website and to hospital accounts on the platform.
Accounts
- The hospital is responsible for the staff it gives access to and for keeping credentials private.
- Staff should only access records needed for their work.
- Tell us promptly if you suspect an account has been misused.
Clinical and billing responsibility
The platform supports billing and claims. It does not make clinical decisions. Diagnosis, treatment and medical records remain the responsibility of the hospital and its doctors.
Coding is done or approved by the hospital's trained staff. AI flags are suggestions; the hospital decides what to fix and what to submit.
Acceptable use
- Claims must be submitted with accurate, documented information.
- The platform must not be used to inflate, pad or alter claims, or to submit claims for services not provided.
- Do not attempt to access other hospitals' data or disrupt the service.
Hospital data
The hospital owns the data it enters or imports. We process it only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. On closure, the hospital can export its data before it is deleted.
Plans and fees
Fees follow the plan chosen: per bed per month, or per claim for smaller providers. The first 50 claims on a new account are free. Applicable taxes are added to invoices.
Availability
We aim to keep the platform available at all times and schedule maintenance outside busy billing hours where we can. Payer portals and HIS systems outside our control may affect some features.
Limits of liability
Settlement decisions are made by insurers, TPAs and scheme authorities. We do not guarantee that any claim will be approved or paid in full. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in the twelve months before a claim.
Ending the service
Either side can end a subscription at the end of a billing period. We may suspend accounts used in breach of these terms.
